Update: after hours of not being able to reach a human at this practice a bad Google review got us our docs. Yay. Thanks. Extra star. Serious issues with filling out paperwork. My family has been following up for weeks on FMLA forms and still haven't received them now that the FMLA period is over... I asked how patients can get in touch and they only have inter-office messaging, no way to communicate in an emergency. This has caused some serious issues. I would definitely avoid!
His bedside manner is outstanding. He listens and answers all my questions and make me feel safe in his care.
