Opted for gel nails this time around, than my usual (gel x) and love how they look. However, the second technician was too too heavy handed with nail drill. My nail is as thin as thin can be and feels sensitive. I took off two stars for that. Next time, if I do return, I will be adamant on omitting the excessive drilling. Also, when I went in today, there was a friendly and accommodating technician that started on my nails. I’ve never seen before but added an additional star because of her!
