If I could give them 0 stars I would! For background, I went to this place a few months ago. I had to wait around half an hour or more for them to start my nails, which is fine because there were a few people waiting before me. Not a big deal. So when I went the second time, I booked a reservation online for 5:30. They still made me wait around a half hour to start my nails. And I saw one of the workers finish someone else’s nails, made eye contact with her, and she still kept standing around! It’s like they forgot about me.... read more
I went there because there’s a lot of good reviews and the pricing is reasonable compared to everywhere else. I would NOT recommend going. I had two technicians: one doing my hands and one doing my pedicure. Also I’m pregnant so I can’t really do my feet anymore. I’ve been doing my nails for many years and have never experienced so much pain. They cut my skin off in three fingers and it still hurts a couple days after. I was bleeding so much.
