As a former delivery driver, if I could give this place a true rating, it would be a big fat 0. The pot holes in this place alone don't even qualify as pot holes anymore, it's like pot ponds at this point. If I didn't drive a SUV I'm certain my car would have gotten stuck. But wait! There's more!! Let's discuss the 'wooden' stairs that lead to the upstairs units. To call them 'wooden' is giving them WAY more credit then what they have. Without going into very technical details, I will not be renewing a lease here nor would I recommend my experience for anyone like me. Please keep in mind when reading this that employers have to learn about skills of their employees, etc. and this can change at any given time. Also, employees do represent the managements policies, right or wrong, ethically, and all are being paid for their services and help with their property costs.
This place is a nightmare disguised as an apartment. From day one, it was a complete disaster. The smell of cigarettes and marijuana is everywhere in my apartment now. My family does not smoke. I thought this was no smoking apartments. Every night, people are searching cars and stealing whatever they find inside. There are no cameras, no surveillance, no one does anything. I’m sick of it. Management talks down to us. This place is a trap. If you want peace, security, and respect as a tenant, look elsewhere.
I will not be renewing my lease in the coming months. Everything about this place is just awful now. Horribly overpriced for what you get. - Outdated appliances that break down often. Broken appliances are replaced with older refurbished model appliances. - Parking lot is incredibly small and there’s always people parked illegally along the garages on the weekends just so they don’t have a walk the length of a 1/3 of a football field to get to their apartment. - DEEP potholes on both sides of the parking lot that haven’t bee... read more
