I will not be renewing my lease in the coming months. Everything about this place is just awful now. Horribly overpriced for what you get. - Outdated appliances that break down often. Broken appliances are replaced with older refurbished model appliances. - Parking lot is incredibly small and there’s always people parked illegally along the garages on the weekends just so they don’t have a walk the length of a 1/3 of a football field to get to their apartment. - DEEP potholes on both sides of the parking lot that haven’t bee... read more

In short…. 1998 fixtures at 2024 prices. Lalique reeks of a corporate landlord that doesn’t care about its tenants (up there with a Connor Group property). Property has been poorly maintained. Almost everything on the interior and exterior is original and looks old and worn out. Who the heck still uses a stove with a heating coil in 2024?!?! They keep trying to put minimal money in to the property while extracting the most rent possible. They just fix things poorly, it’s a fight to get anything replaced. Will not be renewing... read more
