Driving across country, Seattle to Cambridge MA on 90. Decided to stop in. Excellent vegetarian platter. Some background: I love Ethiopian food. Where I live in the US there is a large thriving Ethiopian community with over a 100 Ethiopian restaurants. I dare say that the meal I had at Lalibela was the best Ethiopian food I ever had. It was very fresh and perfectly seasoned. The owner was extremely friendly.

This is an excellent, low key Ethiopian resturant, my favorite in Sioux Falls. I've never had to wait to to be seated and the food is very flavorful.
Stopped in on our way through town, very happy we did. Great food and great people.
