One star because 0 isn't an option, nor is negative. Laleh agreed to see my daughter, who she knew in a personal capacity, in regards to a conglomerate of medical issues occurring, one of which symptoms is hair loss. Laleh assured her she would not stop until she had an answer. Instead, Laleh judged, made a psychological diagnosis which is far from her field of expertise and made my daughter feel like she was losing her mind. Very rude phone service!!!!
I have been coming to see Laleh Bedocs since I was in high school and she is genuinely the best. She is so easy to talk to, tell her what is going on, and always makes me feel so seen when I am in, but her staff I can not say the same. I have had issues with the staff at Dermatology Partners (Avon) the past few times I have gone in. The first issue I had was when I had to have a mole removed on my back for being pre-cancerous.
