I have been a patient for two years and she is an awesome caring Dr! Her whole office is awesome and caring just like her!!
I like that she's located in the community. The staff get you in when urgent matter to be address. Nurse practitioner also is available for consultation prior to scheduling an appointment.
Staff is friendly enough and Dr. Babugowda is friendly enough when in with patient. Biggest issue is when calling to talk to nurse or doctor. Never call back. I ALWAYS had to call them back the next day after waiting for them to call. Did not matter if I called in the morning or afternoon. Person answering phone was pleasant, said they would put the message for call back and then it did not happen. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
