Had one of their employees (Brandy Erwin) come into my wife’s boutique. She tried exchanging an item that was two months old that was broken. The policy is clearly written that broken items can be returned no questions asked in 3 days. No calls or anything mind you until today(2 months later). She then treated the employee who was in the store very ugly because she was following policy. Just keep that in mind when dealing with this company. They treat those they view beneath them very poorly. That’s what you can expect.
