They delivered the completely wrong bouquet. The one the delivered instead was nice enough, but given the cost you would hope they would have more attention to detail. Delivey was within expectations, but came closer to the end of the day. Wouldn't use them again due to the mix-up and lack of ability to contact support easily.
It’s not a store and definitely not working overnight.
Flowers’ quality is great!
Not even close to what I ordered! The arrangement was for a retirement. When it was delivered it had an I love you ballon in it which I definitely did not order. It was a retirement gift for my son-in-law's mother! Extremely embarrassing for her to receive what she got! I have attached the photo of what she received and a pic of what I actually ordered and the order.
