Lots of problems with their on line process. The flowers were delivered and we are told they are beautiful. Just need to get a copy of the receipt as the web site failed as the order was processed. Made me think that the business was a scam. Very happy that it all worked out.
Tammy at Lala was absolutely excellent. I had a last minute delivery for her and she had the flowers arranged for me and delivered to my bestfriend on the day of her Birthday. The flowers were vibrant and she arranged them beautifully. The customer service and execution is commended. Thank you Tammy!
I got my partner a bouquet of flowers for our anniversary and they are really beautiful and good quality. The person was very nice and accommodating and the value is also really good. I wasn't expecting it be as big as it was!
Don't sleep on this florist!! We entrusted Tammy as our wedding florist and she did not disappoint!! We were so happy with our baby blue/peachy colour themed flowers. They came out better than expected!! Our venue had a lot of restrictions with setting up and take down and she was so understanding and made it run smoothly.
