Absolutely beautiful tulip bouquet! Even though it was off-season, they managed to arrange a fresh, stunning set in the exact color I wanted. Great communication, thoughtful service, and timely delivery. Highly recommend for anyone looking for unique and meaningful floral gifts!
Absolutely blown away! The flowers were even more beautiful than I expected! the arrangement was stunning, and the packaging was super secure. I loved receiving a text update when the flowers were on the way, and they arrived right on time, fresh and vibrant. Ordering online was quick and easy. Highly recommend!
No store front. On google it says there are on site services and quick pick up options available. Upon arrival we realized it’s in a residential apartment building, and are then told by the concierge that we’d have to call. We called, no answer. Not a great place to go if you’re in a rush. I’m sure she’s got some great arrangements though.
Lots of problems with their on line process. The flowers were delivered and we are told they are beautiful. Just need to get a copy of the receipt as the web site failed as the order was processed. Made me think that the business was a scam. Very happy that it all worked out.
Tammy at Lala was absolutely excellent. I had a last minute delivery for her and she had the flowers arranged for me and delivered to my bestfriend on the day of her Birthday. The flowers were vibrant and she arranged them beautifully. The customer service and execution is commended. Thank you Tammy!
