Horrible experience. It's been two weeks I contacted the office because my bathtub is clogged. They haven't sent the plumber technician to fix this yet. And on top of that, the sink is moldy and damaged due to mold and they don't even send the super to fix it and it's been a year now I complained to the office about this also. Shame on you LAL Property Management, shame on you. I pay my rent.This is unbelievable.

Slumlords. Mold, roaches, mice, waterbugs, flies, dirty hallways, dirty stairs, horrible management, the lists goes on. Do yourself a favor, and don't rent from them. Update: The landlord continues to ignore tenants mold and major mice issues. Owner himself is nowhere to be found. You are left with complaning to the office with no satisfaction at all. Absolute nasty property management in NYC ! They treat tenants like peasants with the threat of "eviction" if you dont sign a new lease agreement. I think its about time they get reported to BBB
