IF YOU ARE YOUNG OR HAVE TATTOOS, FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!!! Let me preface by saying the young, male nurse (I think- don’t remember his name) was the only positive about my experience. He actually listened to my health concerns and was overwhelmingly kind. On the other hand, I have never felt more judged by a doctor & staff than my first and last visit to Dr. Venu’s office. I called Dr. Venu’s office to get a detailed receipt of my office visit to provide to my FSA account. I spoke with Rebecca who was rude and acted almost inconvenienced that I was calling. She advised the office manager, Tara, would have to call me back, Tara refused to provide me with a receipt and said I could call their third party insurance billing and get it myself. I really hate to leave a review and not have even seen them yet. I just called and was placed on hold for 10 minutes with no noise to assure me that I was on hold. I called back to see what had happened and the lady who answered was super nasty. Worst first impression ever! Looks like I will find another Dr.
