My mother is elderly and has been a patient of Emmi Lucca, the nurse practitioner,for years. My mother was last seen by Emmi last fall. My mother is disabled and it is difficult to get her out in the winter. We came in at their request to have bloodwork done and to see Emmi so my mom could get her medications renewed. We were told she was a new patient and they had no record of her, including the medications Emmi has been prescribing. Unbelievable. Saving grace, Emmi remembered my mother.

Best doctor’s office I’ve ever been to! 5 stars!!!!! I’m not one to leave reviews but they’re worth it. Everyone at this office is super helpful, kind & patient -these are qualities every doctor office should have but this is honestly the only doctors I’ve been to with all amazing qualities. Emmi takes the time to listen and understand your concerns. This is what Healthcare should be, not just someone sitting in front of a computer checking off boxes.
I had a regular practitioner that I had used for a few years but I also saw Dr Luca as well. I was very ill this weekend and on Sunday went to a walk-in clinic! I was told this was due to allergies even though I had to also mentioned that I couldn’t breathe! I went home and during the night I had an episode that almost took me to the emergency room!
