Very professional and caring.
I think this office has potential to be good depending on who you see. I saw somebody named Samantha for something pretty urgent and it wasn’t taken very seriously. I left the appointment and called back the next morning, because the problem had gotten more severe. I was told she would speak to me over the phone and she did not bother to talk to me. I found a different doctor at a different clinic to reevaluate this problem and that doctor was amazing!! I got the proper help needed which I am so incredibly grateful for. Sama... read more

My mother is elderly and has been a patient of Emmi Lucca, the nurse practitioner,for years. My mother was last seen by Emmi last fall. My mother is disabled and it is difficult to get her out in the winter. We came in at their request to have bloodwork done and to see Emmi so my mom could get her medications renewed. We were told she was a new patient and they had no record of her, including the medications Emmi has been prescribing. Unbelievable. Saving grace, Emmi remembered my mother.
