Very rude phone service.
We had a really bad experience at this store. My roommate bought a ring there and it ended up being a little too big so we went back to see if we could exchange it. There were signs up in the store that while they don't normally do exchanges, they did do exchanges on the two days before Christmas which is when we were there. While we were in the store.
