Recently called after office hours for an emergency refill on a prescription. Whoever was on that line clearly did not want to be bothered and had a tone from the start, making it clear my urgent matter was not urgent. When I asked to hold so I can find more information, a sigh was let out and seemed like an issue for the representative, I ended the phone call there, Very very rude. Always had the best experience in person coming here so this was a disappointment as this is my first time calling their line.
I’ve been going here for years, and I love my doctor… however, the office staff is SUUUUPER rude when it comes to answering questions or calls on the phone. It’s as if it’s an inconvenience For them to be there. Also, when an appointment is set to a certain time, I don’t like having to wait 30 min past my appointment time in the lobby, to finally be seen in the back. And once I finally am in the back it’s another 20 min wait. My doctor is the only reason why I keep coming back.
I’ve been coming here to see my OBGYN for 4 years and I love it here everyone is so nice and my OBGYN is amazing
Tragic team. Poor communication about what to expect in treatment and during labor and recovery. Wish I had money to do a home birth like I did the first time around. This team failed to inform me of lab results (even though I never missed any appointments), encouraged meds during pregnancy, and basically ignored my birth plan by making me fast and talking to me about pitocin and epidural during labor (I specifically asked them to not offer me meds).
