Issues that were never resolved up until the day I moved out: Roaches everywhere for months, even when they sent an exterminator monthly he would just spritz once at the bottom of the sink and call it a day Air conditioning didn’t work, all requests to fix it were ignored, summer was awful Door frame was rotted and cracked, pretty sure a firm push would have broken the door in Door itself was delaminating and they refused to replace it Kitchen floor was old plastic tile on top of older tile, and was peeling Oven blew up once... read more
BEWARE!!!This has to be one of the worst places I have rented from!! They have frequent sewer back ups but never come clean the mess. If you have small children you wouldn’t want them on these floors. It sickens me just to walk on them in shoes!! Very outdated too. The steps to the second floor are crumbling. I could go on and on BUT the main issue is the sewer saturated carpets and no manager on property.
This is by far the sorriest bunch of people I have ever rented from. Nothing ever got fixed, the apartments were so outdated and run down. I lived there for three years never was late on rent and the day I moved out the apartment was in perfect shape and yet they managed to keep my deposit.Do not rent anything that is owned by Southwest Management.
