Had questions and the person at the counter was vey helpful. Called with a follow up question and Patrick was extremely helpful. Warehouse team always friendly.
Don't show up thinking you're gonna just unload quick they leave you sitting going on 3 hours still sitting in their parking lot. Won't pull me around. Delivering rebar won't ever be back
Guy behind the counter is just a miserable person to deal with .acted like your a bother to him .reddish Grey hair with kinda a flat top haircut.rolled his eyes a couple times just very unpleasant.but guys in warehouse were great! Hope management actually reads this im sure im not the only one
Every time I go there doesn’t matter who’s working the front counter but it’s always 2 older guys they are extremely rude and not friendly. If you aren’t a fan of your job then change it! Your job if you help people find what they need and educate them on the products you sell. If you’re not a people person don’t have a job where you have to be a helpful person. Don’t make it seem like the customer is a bother….
