I absolutely love getting my mammograms done here. From the minute you walk in, every single woman you encounter, from the front desk to the technologists, is so kind, welcoming, and friendly. You can genuinely tell they all enjoy working together, and that positive energy makes such a difference as a patient. Amazing people. No waiting. Everyone is incredibly helpful and nice. The best experience I have ever had.
Dr Adams saved my life. She did my biopsy and ultrasound and wouldn’t give it. She saw something and kept pushing. At the time I was thinking calm down lady but now 2 years later I’ve had double mastectomy, chemo, rads and am thriving. If Dr Adams hadn’t kept at it I don’t k ow what would have happened
The receptionist is not personable and is not a friendly face upon entering the facility. The mammogram tech is awesome, she makes you feel comfortable. She’s the main reason I have continued to come back here. However, I was informed I needed a diagnostic mammogram/ultrasound. I called to make the appointment, was trying to get in before the end of the year due to already meeting out of pocket and deductible, I was rudely informed that would not be happening by the scheduling team.
