My husband was brought by ambulance to the emergency room. He had double pneumonia. We were told that they did not have a room for him.  He spent 35 hours in the emergency room. A couple of nurses told us that they had brand new rooms, but they had no nurses to work the unit. After I called at 10 PM and told them that they better get my husband to a hospital room , that it was cruel to keep a deathly ill 78-year-old in a very busy emergency room they finally found a room for him. Wife had surgery and the nursing staff after the surgery were horrible. Pain meds were not delivered on time, didn't make her aware that she had to order her meals and they had the wrong info regarding her meds and her food allergies. No one would help her use the restroom even though she requested help twice. Got up and did it herself after major surgery. If you have a choice of hospitals don't use this one.
