I called to make an appt (my first appt was great) and when asked “would you like a glaze” I said no- just wanted my partial foil. Get to the register and she did the glaze and added like $25-30 without informing me. Then I get home and my hair looks good down- but when I put my hair up in a pony tail there is a distinct line and it doesn’t even look like I just had my hair done. I can’t stand to look at it up.
