We are happy overall with the experience here at Lake Wood Ranch. We were understandably frustrated with how long it took to get moved to the handicap parking space we desired and weren't allowed to park in, even though it was always empty. It was also frustrating to come into the office in person each month to ask for the exact amount of rent that we owed, knowing that the majority of our rent is paid for by Idaho Housing. BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM THE PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT (s)
The rest of my maintenance issues have not been resolved. And also I submitted my rent check on May 1 and it still has not cleared the bank. I have called them with several messages have gotten no response as to why And I also sent an email requesting why and I have not received a response back.
