Nobody has even come over to take care of any of the maintenance issues that I left a list of back in December I believe. So that is why it got such a low rating. If the maintenance man chooses to go ahead and call me to let me know he's coming and I do not answer please ask him to either leave a message or text me that way I know who it is. Maintenance ordered a heating element for the oven to replace a non-functioning one.
It took a couple of times to get it completely corrected. (My heat) But they were persistent, and would not stop until the problem was resolved. And I am grateful for that with the upcoming colder weather. Thank you Dustin, and Blake!!!
I don't know his name, but REALLY nice and professional. It was my sink, and he got it done in quick time . So happy he's here. Hope he stays a long time. Missy in 41.
