I was living in Vicksburg and needed a place right away, sight unseen, after accepting a position at Ole Miss. Barb was very responsive, efficient, and pleasant throughout the entire process. She took pictures so I could see what the unit would look like and she addressed my concerns about anything negative I read in previous reviews. The buildings are old, but my apartment was well kept and clean when I moved in. Let me speak for Lakewood Place Apartments, when you see a bad review, I am sure there is a reason behind it. I have never heard of Sadiq Sam, so He or she was probably an unauthorized guest, and for the bugs, it start with good house, And for the emergency number ....its in the lease, front door, and at the mailboxes.
