If you care about your pet. DO NOT BRING THEM HERE. I would give them 0 stars if I could. I do not deny their staff cares, but caring will only get you so far. The staff is not properly trained and their policies and procedures expect the pet owner to be clueless sheep. If you think you can advocate for your pet, forget about it.
