Dr. Jowdy is a wonderful doctor and her staff is also stellar. My kids love going because she and her staff, especially her medical assistants Heather and Deidre, are so fun and kind. She spends time, listens and really personalizes her treatment and recommendations to my children— no one size fits all advice. She is thoughtful and empathetic and always remembers the details from past visits. Communication is easy, parking is easy, wait times are usually pretty short. We’re just really happy overall.
My daughter has been going to see DR. JOWDY since she was 2.. she's now 4. We love her! so sweet and great with kids. My daughter hates shots and checkups but goes cause she'll get to see Dr. Jowdy lol
Both of my kids have been seeing Doctor Jowdy for years and we love her and her staff. Each time I leave the office I feel like I’ve been heard and respected and that she really cares for the health of my children. Recently her and Doctor Wright (her resident) went WAY above and beyond to help our family work around our non existent prescription coverage, save us money and once again put my children’s health first. We used to love Dr Jowdy. But now it seems she has taken on to many patients. You have to wait a month sometimes to get in and then you don't even see her, just her PA. The front desk staff has changed and they are not the greatest. The compassion Dr Jowdy had seems to have faded. We have seen her since birth but it's time for a change.
