Where to even begin about Chase the Apartment Manager!! There are truly no words to describe how crucial he has been in our 6 years of living here( also just renewed for another year!) but I'll try.. Chase is the most professional yet caring apartment manager or person I've ever had the privilege of renting from and knowing. He has been instrumental in the success of my family being able to meet our rent monthly and always goes above and beyond to help us with anything we need. Lakewood Park Apartments are Clean, the property is kept clean and it always seems so quiet when I visit here! Overall I think Lakewood Park Apartments would be a great starter apartment or a overall great place to live and call home!

Upon move in apartment was in complete filth. After cleaning company came it still smelled of cat urine. Carpet installers did not treat floor prior to placing new carpet and seams in the carpet were very noticeable. Fast forward we didn’t have use of our dishwasher for the first month due to a leak. When mentioned it still not being fixed I was not given notice of maintenance coming and he said walked in while asleep unannounced. Night shift RN.
