My fiance had a hip replacement with Dr. Elias and him and his staff were very helpful before the surgery but afterwards they have been awful. We've been having some concerns and complications and him and his staff seem bothered by us every time we call. We go to referral appointments and we are never called to be given the results, we are having to chase the answers down and get them from the other providers even though the dr office has them. Would not recommend coming here at all complete waste of time. They take forever to get back to you or completely forget about you. You have to constantly be calling them to remind them if you actually want anything done super unprofessional especially Stephanie which was the one I always found my self having issues with. They need to improve on there planning and communication Stay away from here if you can.

I have had two arthroscopic knee surgeries with Dr. Ramy Elias and was very satisfied! He is also a very friendly doctor who makes you feel at ease! I recommend him!

This clinic is way too far from the long beach branch ,if you need sooner appointment with a doctor then you will be here most probably coz less patient probably choose to come here .The team/staff here except for the Xray tech were rude like they are meant to deal with ghetto .
