Very professional, friendly and courteuos
I have done several MRI’s, but this was the best experience. The staff was extremely nice and the machine wasn’t as loud as the others.

It’s suppose to be less claustrophobic, but really isn’t to me becuz the bar is still above one’s face. I highly recommend music. I usually get names, but forgot to get the techs name. However, he was very calm & kind & explained things well. It was much too long tho (35mins). But at least my problem was found, meaning, i’am not a hypochondriac.

This was a great appt. it was at 7:45 pm. Convenient for people with day work schedule. They called to remind me of the appt ahead of time. The receptionist was organized and helpful and the woman that did the mri was so caring and understanding that I did not want to go in this machine. She got me through it with flying colors!!!!!!!
