Worst apartment everx, I constantly deal with problems in my restroom weather the ceiling is leaking or my ac conditioning is leaking, also has mold in the ceiling which is very dangerous and unsanitary, been waiting to be served or properly evicted for over 4 months still haven’t received court papers or seen a constable and yes I’m waiting due to the manager in December 2024 asking me to separate my rent in a blank money order and the rest on the website and yes I do want to go to court for it but they have yet to properly... read more
I've been waiting for three months to get my dishwasher repaired, and as of today, January 30, 2025, it still hasn't been fixed. Additionally, my roof leaks every time it rains, and they haven't repaired it since I notified them on December 24. We've had some sunny days when they could have worked on it, but they didn't take care of it.
If I could give these a 0 I would! Save your money and LOOK ELSE WHERE. I moved in around June and I’m already moving due to the un comfort of these apartments. 1. There’s No Hot Water I Haven’t Had a hot shower since I moved in and the pressure on hot is weak it’s now winter I’m fed up with putting in maintenance request and they just mark them as completed, the highest pressure is Ice cold and had to pull so much pubic hair out the tub that was not mine when I moved in. 2. my paint on my tub was fine until the 3rd day of m... read more
Moved in place was filthy. No management on site at that time this was May 2024. Pest control is supposed to be a monthly deal because the tenant pays for it every month but the guy has only been here 1 time in 5 months. The courtyard area is supposed to be a place where tenants can hang out and there's no furniture, no place to set anything of you want to grill your food. The hall ways are trashy and the concrete has nasty stains all over it and smells like ass.
