BE WARNED! Do not use the parking behind the laundromat that they let you pay for. They WILL tow your car away for the absolute most minor of things, like "parking on the white line" even though the parking spaces are too small, or "facing the wrong direction" which is the most ridiculous thing imaginable. Dangerous! DONT MOVE HERE! *ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN*! There is a huge Black mold problem due to outdated air circulation and Constant homeless people rummaging through the garbage right outside your door! Not to mention GREEDY landlords who charge outrageous late fees for 150$ AND insane rent increases to (as legally high as possible) save your money and your sanity and move somewhere else!
Visited a few places and chose this one. I would definitely recommend. Thanks to Julio for answering my call and showing me around. They have friendly staff and a nice environment.
Wonderful place and staff had the pleasure talking with Julio who is a very helpful person came in looking for a place for my mother and he told me all I needed to know ! Hopefully I’ll be back to sign paper work soon and move her on in
If I can give this apartment homes a negative star review I most certainly would and here’s why. Beware Fraudulent Practices and Terrible Customer Service I would NOT recommend Lakewood Manor Apartment Homes to anyone. The most frustrating experience was their blatant refusal to return my security deposit. After moving out, I was shocked to receive a notice claiming there were “floor damages,” which is completely false. The floors were in perfect condition when I left.
