I lived here for two years. It's a decent building. Generally, there was maintenance almost monthly to the water pipes in the building which required water to be turned off for ~5 hours. If you're on the back side of the building facing the parking lot, it can be noisy early in the morning and late at night with the windows open. It's not concrete construction so if you're on the lower floors it can be noisy depending on your upstairs neighbors.
