Terrible service. I am having electrical issues with my 2013 Lance CaliClassic. I have called and left 4 messages over a 3 week period. Not a return call at all. I have complained in person and was told that it would be addressed. Another message left and NO ONE has returned my call. Time to change to a different Service Center. Very disappointed as this is where I bought my Lance.
