Poor customer service And the problem is that the person behind the desk is not only the manager but the owner, too, so it is useless to try and complain. I also find it funny that I already put a review out here for this business (about 2 weeks ago) and it is now gone? Strange...

Shockingly unhelpful I went to this shop earlier today with an emergency repair to my antique front porch lights which were damaged by someone (criminal?) who unscrewed the bulbs. We've had a recent, severe flair up in burglaries and I am new to town and live alone, which I explained to the eldery woman who manages the desk when asking if she could help. When I asked if she could expedite my repair as this was a security and safety issue (they were my only lights on the front of my house), she said she would not...that it wo... read more

I had two good experiences... I had a good experience here...twice. The first time I got a hard to find bulb, and was unable to get anyone to help me at the big box stores. The second time I took a funky old lamp and got a new shade. She helped me pick one out and even changed the harp for free. It's a great neighborhood shop.

Great job, old fashioned honesty I have worked with this shop for many years. They will tell you honestly what the can and cannot do. There are times that you just must call an electrician. I am grateful to them for giving me good advice. And for providing good service.
