The staff here is amazing an they went above an beyond 4 me in my time of need.
Tirza at the imaging desk may haved saved my life by being persistent in helping me get the tests I needed right away. Went above and beyond anything I've seen a hospital employee do. Reached out to my primary doc, waited on hold, left messages even after being disconnected twice, She answered questions multiple times patiently. She cared. Thank you Tirza.
The wait was super long and we got to listen to the nurses talk about real housewives and juggling. Annoying. I will say the nurse Aubrey or Audrey was really nice.
I came to this hospital in crisis with suicidal ideation. The doctors said I was fine and then had a police officer threaten to arrest me for trespassing if I didn’t leave. I don’t know how this is legal but don’t go here if you expect any help from anyone.
I brought my daughter to the emergency room today. I was not here long, they were not busy thank God . every staff member I came in contact with was pleasant. Also the hospital was clean . The waiting area & overall to be a hospital it was very clean.. big difference from the hospital where I'm from in Nyc .. not all but most hospitals where I'm from don't look like this.
