Unfortunately, the new oil furnace Keith and Kyle installed less than a year ago malfunctioned and filled my 88yo mothers house with soot. They have been out three times and were unable to troubleshoot the problem. I had to call in another company to diagnose and fix the furnace. Very disappointed with how we were treated. I would not recommend having Lakewood H & C install or service an oil furnace. For clarity, this was a newly installed furnace (less than a year old), and it was being used under normal conditions. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what the problem was, took care of it, and charged a fair price.
Lakewood Heating & Cooling was very prompt with getting out to inspect, and replacing our furnace this Winter. They even borrowed us a heater to help heat our house. They were very professional and kind. I highly recommend them.
