My entire procedure went very smoothly and everyone was so professional and caring
I thought the doctor and the NP that was shadowing him did a great job, they were very through and seemed to really care. The nurse on the other hand made me feel like garbage and like she was not even listening to me. Like I was making things up and being a bother to her.
ER doctor was the rudest man I've ever met in my life. Dr Scott harris. Blatantly accused me of playing the "system " whatever that means because I came in twice three months apart with the same problem which is a dental issue. Came in with red lines on his face as if he'd woken up from a nap and started immediately yelling at me. I'm going to make a formal complaint.
