great workout i was in great shape and had a wonderful time when i attended this gym.. their trainers are excellent and offer so much support and assistance.. i had initially wanted to lose 30 lbs and i did just that and toned my body .. i try to maintain it now that i have moved with the routines and plans i learned from them
