I have only been a member for a short time. However, I have completed 20 workouts so far. I have lost ten pounds! The trainers are motivating and the members are encouraging. I’m a newly retired teacher and this is something I look forward to every week!

I’ve had a great experience at FitBody Bootcamp in Lakewood. The coaches are incredibly kind, patient, motivating, and supportive. They really take the time to make sure your form is correct during each exercise, which helps you get the most out of the workouts while staying safe. What I appreciate most is how attentive they are to everyone in the class. The best decision ever! The staff and coaches are amazing, they really treat everyone as individuals. They motivate and encourage everyone to be the best versions of themselves. I love it here, I have found peace and joy being in the gym with the coaches. After 21 days I saw major differences in my body, and mindset. If you're thinking of a gym and want results, this is the place.
I love the workout routines the coaches at Lakewood Fit Body Boot Camp create for us, I don't have to worry about which exercises to do to work my whole body - they do it for me. The atmosphere is phenomenal, the routines are excellent (10/10), THANK YOU SO MUCH! You made me love and enjoy strength training.
