Luis was amazingly responsive, communicated throughout the engagement and was very kind and helpful. He fixed several tiles super quick and got our roof back into order. He also identified an unrelated issue with the gutter, so this feels like we have a new favorite roofing guy .
Luis came out next day, was right on time and fixed our issue right then and there. Fair rate and great service. Couldn’t ask more.
