Do not. Rent here. Constant flooding. Terrible maintenance management has no idea what they are doing. City should shut this place down
There’s a huge pot holes in the entrance and side entrance they haven’t fixed and it messes up everyone’s cars they don’t care it’s very dangerous.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Lakewood Estates Apartments are a complete disaster. The buildings are infested with raccoons in the walls and roof — we’ve personally experienced them growling and scratching inside our unit. Management lies about providing pest control and refuses to take meaningful action even after repeated reports. The AC units don’t work, and the property is a mess — tenants are allowed to spray paint the buildings, and trash is constantly left everywhere.
