We had a wonderful experience living at Lakewood Colony Apartments. From the very beginning, the community felt welcoming and well maintained. What stood out most during our time here was the property manager, Sabino. He was always responsive, professional, and genuinely friendly whenever we had questions or needed assistance. His attentiveness made the entire stay smooth and stress-free, which we greatly appreciated. It's probably one of the many things we will miss about this place. I had a wonderful experience living here for 2 years!! The space was always clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of natural light. The layout was perfect for my needs, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and responsive management. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment!
Lived here for some time and it has been a great experience! Sabino the manager is very attentive to any concerns I had come up. I’m a pretty thorough person and being comfortable when at home is very important for me. Sabino was there to help me and my husband every step of the way! The facilities are great, they have laundry on site, a swimming pool, and the neighborhood in back is always great for going on walks. Lived here for five years. This is a quiet community and very conveniently located for commuting (right off the 605) and being active (right near the San Gabriel River Trail and many parks). The property manager, Sabino, was excellent. He's kind and always responded to issues rapidly, even same day sometimes. He saved me multiple times when I managed to lock myself out!
