I had a wonderful experience living here for 2 years!! The space was always clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of natural light. The layout was perfect for my needs, and the appliances were modern and easy to use. The building itself was quiet and peaceful, with friendly neighbors and responsive management. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located apartment!
Lived here for some time and it has been a great experience! Sabino the manager is very attentive to any concerns I had come up. I’m a pretty thorough person and being comfortable when at home is very important for me. Sabino was there to help me and my husband every step of the way! The facilities are great, they have laundry on site, a swimming pool, and the neighborhood in back is always great for going on walks. Lived here for five years. This is a quiet community and very conveniently located for commuting (right off the 605) and being active (right near the San Gabriel River Trail and many parks). The property manager, Sabino, was excellent. He's kind and always responded to issues rapidly, even same day sometimes. He saved me multiple times when I managed to lock myself out! For about three long and anxious weeks, I visited the Long Beach area to find a safe, affordable place for her to live.
