If I could give a 0 I would. My sister had her baby shower there Sep 27, 2025 and we had the worst experience with two workers who were very unprofessional and rude to us as we were cleaning and trying to get all the gifts in order to be carried out. The stuff that come out of their mouths im shocked they even still have a job very disappointed. We won't be going back there again.
Busy day but not too packed. Normally it takes a while to get a family change room but this time we were in and out quick.
Although this branch is closer to our home, I usually choose to drive to the Field House instead. The weight room could use more attention to cleanliness, as it often feels dusty, and many people wear outdoor shoes inside. The equipment is also limited and a bit outdated. With some improvements, this location could be much better.
Nice place but the equipment needs repairs
It’s such a nice place and my friends and I always come to swim after work. But I had an incident today about the leisure card and I didn’t like how the lady at the front desk dealt with the situation. Instead of calling me to the side, she just completely yelled “excuse me” rudely and started talking to me in a bad way about a misunderstanding of the card I had and I remained calm and told her what happened and she didn’t even try to apologize after trying to embarrass me infront of everyone because she thought I was using ... read more
