I love coming here. Fitness room, pool, hot tub, but 15+ mins on hold mid day on a Monday to talk to a on site customer service rep about an inquiry seems excessive. I'm going to swing by and update this review as to the line up situation.
Great pool for kids! Lots of shallow parts, the slide is amazing!
The front desk experience was disappointing. We have a family membership, and when I went to the Lakewood location to renew, the staff member’s tone and attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
