1st the customer service from the young lady behind the counter sucks. She doesnt greet. She doesn't know where anything is. She doesnt say thank you for your purchase. This has happened a few times. Very ungrateful and disrespectful to customers. It's as if they are doing you a favor by talking to you. Not sure if it entitlement, racism or ignorance but nonetheless it's wrong. never spending another dollar here ever again the little girl @ the checkout had an attitude whether it was ringing up my stuff or grabbing a piercing for me . horrible customer service, then gave me an issue about a 50 cent bag that she didn't offer before the purchase was over after just spending $100 . been going here for years, & never again. a shame because the owner is always nice. not spending my money where a worker is rude .

They don’t let you look at wigs out of the package to see what you are buying . Not great customer service
