We live an hour away and no one even came out to ask us if we needed help or to walk us around. They pretty much swung the door open and said to come in if we needed help. Uh, no. You want a sale come get it. This place and the guy with the trailer across the street were the worst. DON'T GO HERE!
They wanted us to put a down payment of 2500 without being allowed to move the car from the parking spot. Very sketchy and ridiculous.
What a nightmare it was purchasing a car from this place. They were so eager to get me to purchase my '06 Honda Element however when it came to making sure I was taken care of after the fact, they could care less. Fast forward 5 months down the line, my service agreement (royal administration services) was never paid for by Lakewood Auto Exchange.
