Very unhappy with this place. I bought a washer here paid for them to deliver it, when it got delivered the next day it was making loud noises so they had to have someone come back or and look at it. It completely broke after 4 months and they wanted to charge me $100 +parts to come out to fix it. Such a waste of money. I bought a new one at lowes instead and got free delivery.

I do apologize about the service, i would like to investigate this a little further. I do not see your name in our system. was it bought under another name by chance. If so it might have been a miscommunication on our part. Our policy is the appliance was not purchased from us , we refer out to another tech. and he charges that fee.
