I just moved into a “renovated” unit. Bathroom exhaust doesn’t work. I’ve seen cockroaches on the 8th floor, ants all over. The closet was never finished in the 2nd bedroom, no shelves just spackle that was painted over and never sanded. Broken doors, the mandatory close arm is missing from all the doors.
