Reminds me of the ghetto filled drama of the projects back in Jacksonville
I do not recommend staying at this place landlord is rude and don’t care bout nobody but her self they are very small no space wayy too many rules there is no privacy what do ever and she talks about her tenants as well calling them nosey i just do not recommend

I lived here from August 2019 until August 2020 and I absolutely loved it. The apartment manager is absolutely amazing. She is a warm and caring person. I really miss her. The maintenance man is very hard working and makes sure that he keeps everything in order. He is great and I miss him a lot. Hoping that I can get back there soon
