The front office management is extremely under performing. Very little customer service. They won’t even tell you when an Amazon package shows up. I made one supplier send me my products three times before the front office even let me know they had arrived weeks ago. The lease they use is a TAA lease, which is a lobbying group that only supports the owners and not the Tenants. The drinking water is not even safe to drink. They actually have a sign that says don’t drink the water.
Over priced “luxury” apartments. Extremely loud if you are even remotely near the pool and management is terrible. Brandy in the office is very passive aggressive and only enforces the rules with certain tenants. Move out was a disaster on their end - paperwork with wrong move out dates, complete confusion between staff members and attempts at over charging us for making updates to the apartment.
