I have lived here for a couple months. Nice apartments, quiet and has nice people running it.
Excellent community and staff. Close to everything you need. My apartment is spacious and elegant. I love it. I think the price is great so if the rent goes up its ok. It is still a better price then 10 miles down the road. lol Concord 2 bedrooms are $900 for less square footage. The neighbors are awesome and personable while minding their business. Also community is clean. The ducks are a nice touch.
No problems here. We've met a few neighbors so far, but we've only been here about 3 weeks. Any problems or concerns are handled right away, and the pool is fantastic!! The office people are very pleasant and helpful and understanding. No one knows your business unless you tell them.
