I have had Lakewood Alarm for 13yrs and love their services. They are responsive, the best pricing around and very friendly. I've never had any issues with their monitoring or customer service. I highly recommend them!
DO NOT EVER UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ALARM MONITORING SERVICES. AS A DOCTOR AND HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL, AND A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER MYSELF, I ALWAYS TRY TO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES, BUT NOT ONE WHO DOES NOT DELIVER AND CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recently moved into a home where there was already an alarm system. I contacted Lakewood Alarm for someone to come look at the system. When the technician came we found out most of the system didn't work sand needed to be upgraded. The tech that came out was extremely knowledgeable and was great about helping me understand what the problem was with the existing system.
