I do not like rating businesses as poor, especially after initially having a good experience with them. However, JP, one of their techs that has been to my home a couple of times for a/c repair and regular maintenance, no call no showed me on October 30th. We confirmed with him that we would be home for him to come by that Thursday at 3pm. I took off work that day in hopes of having an underperforming a/c unit looked at for possible repair work. It was finally time to replace our old upstairs A/C and furnace system. We chose Lakewood A/C and they did an outstanding job. What we were most impressed with is how Rod, the owner of the company personally oversaw and directed the install. He mentioned to us that he views his Lakewood A/C installs as if he were installing it in his own home – that was huge for us and let us know we made the right choice and that it would be done right.
