I cannot recommend this practice enough. Particularly the very effective Dr. Jessica Cusimano. Let's be real. If you have anything even remotely complex, therapists are pretty worthless. Not the ones here. They actually focus on evidence based treatment and meet you where you are. I'm a particularly difficult client with BPD.
