I went in with a upper respiratory infection and sisustus and was treated for something totally different. I had had this a few times before but to no avail. It is a big waste of time to go there, Thee are 4 more in LC try one of them they all beat these very unprofessional useless care. I had to go to a different one to get real care. Would have gave a 1/2 star if it where possible.
Took a little while in the waiting room, but once I got to the patient room, service was quick. Thank you for taking care of Dr. Holmes patients in a timely manner. You all rock.
Awesome doctor got in and out in about 20 minutes, I recommend to anyone to go there for their health needs or tdot physical
We were seen quick . The staff was great and took good care of my son . They were able to answer all my questions .
My husband had an appointment at Family Clinic of Oak Ridge . The Dr. We usually see was on vacation so they gave him an appointment with another Dr. We drove from Lenoir City to Oak Ridge paid Co pay , filled out papers , waited approximately 30- 40 minutes. The lady came out there in waiting room and gave us back the company pay and said Dr .would not take care of my husband . Come back Monday when our Dr. Got back from vacation. I said WHY?? Very nice, professional staff. I was seen quickly , they answered all of my questions and was very polite. Everyone was always smiling and cheerful, they look like they love their job. That makes me 100% confident they know how to help. I would highly recommend coming here for great care! :)
I have used them at least once a year for the past 4? Years. Being in the medical field myself, there are some places I visit I would not feel comfortable going to. I have always walked away feeling better, questions answered and issue resolved.
